Not a picture of him quail hunting with Scalia, after bringing him to the resort on a charter plane?

Randy…. nah, it had to be someplace he could easily have taken Sedgewick…. so we’ll all hate him for being so self centered, and making his lonely child miss the experience.
Trying to build a little sympathy for this otherwise (and maybe still) unbearable little product of his over-indulgent but isolated upbringing.

Aw, I think it’s kind of sad, and makes Sedgie a bit more sympathetic as a character, or at least understandable. He longs for his father’s approval and attention, so he tries to be like him. It’s even sadder that he will indeed likely grow up to be just like his father, engaging in ruthless, shady business and politics, while ignoring his own children and family.

The cat’s in the cradle. This is the most I can recall seeing of Pater.

“Thump” is such a beautiful “Onomatopoeia” for the rotor sound!

i wish Meddick would spin this kid off into his own strip. I really don’t care for him in this venue.

These tender father-son moments really get to me,sob! My own father never owned a helicopter, but he did take me to miniature golf once.

Not what one usually thinks of as “helicopter parenting”

Oh, this is so piteous! Poor Sedgie! Looking up to the heavens as his father flies, dropping off only a small memento.I never did like Leonardo DiCaprio, and now I like him even less!
