Nah, There are lots of flowers deer won’t eat….but there are a lot more that they will.

What is interesting to me is food that critters would not eat at the start of winter they are now eating………….an empty belly makes one rethink things……………be that one a critter or human :-)

We are trying a diversion: every night I put a pile of cracked corn close to the street, away from my wife’s flowers. So far they are sticking with the corn.

That depiction of the chicken bucket is not realistic. There’s no grease dripping off it.

They only do this when it’s the off season because they know they can get away with it.

Bambi was the worst propaganda movie ever made. Deer are vermin and not cute cartoon animals. But people go all googoo eyed over them.

I don’t get it.

What you really need are predator pellets. An in-law here in southern cal lived near some coastal mtns. Deer were attracted to his garden. The pellets are soaked in predator urine and scattered in your yard and keep critters away.
