NOW the heat is on maximum.

People keep sneering at those of us who comment that the new art isn’t as nice as the old. Well, the new ‘jokes’ aren’t as funny as the older ones, either. This is as far from funny as it gets.

Besides, it’s usually the woman who is cold.

My wife always waits until I get in and warm up the bed on cold nights. Good thing I have a built-in heater.

Although the new style of drawing is taking me some time getting used to, it’s only with change that we grow and all that. I personally find the new jokes funnier than the old ones.

I certainly liked yesterday’s joke very much.

I remember a bedtime gag from years ago. They’re both having trouble dropping off to sleep. Blanche keeps asking the Wizard to turn over and give her more space. After he’s turned enough times, Wiz grumbles to himself “This isn’t a bed, it’s a rotisserie…”

I’d never survive winter without my electric blanket.

That was one heck of a dutch oven.

Wiz’s tasseled sleeping cap is a nice touch.

That is a very severe Hot Flash.

Complain about the art as much as ye need to.. The original artists are dead, and as much as we want them back, well…it’s either ‘produce or die’… (akin to becoming a tenured Prof)
