The King’s nose is too big, the King’s nose is too big, the King’s nose is too big, the King’s nose is too big. Now does that take care of the whiners for a day? Or are you going to join in with me for more of the same?
Artistry is half the personality of a comic strip; otherwise, it could be just text. I don’t complain but I am gradually losing my attachment to the strip. The faces are just too ugly.
And what precisely are you going to do to stop those who disapprove of this so called art expressing their disapproval?.If it were an amateur, I’d never say a word. I don’t criticise those on Sherpa. I also don’t mind reimagined art just because it’s new; Dick Tracy and Mark Trail improved out of all proportion with new art teams. But this art is not just bad, it’s extremely bad.
Bwahahaha! I would not make it through the day if my yarn attacked me! As for the complaints about the new artist…I think the new artist is great! It seems to me that the characters have more expressive faces and the art work is cleaner and not so “dirty” looking.
Anybody here take a look at the early Peanuts? Or the later peanuts? or the middle peanuts? One artist and a clear series of changes in the strip. Its a growing process, I suppose no different that life stages for a person. That you like the teenager doesnt say you will like the adult or visa versa
I hadn’t realized other people could tell me not only that I could or couldn’t like something but that they could tell me why I could or couldn’t like something. If I have a beef with the art now, it’s not right or wrong, it’s my opinion. Just like everyone else here has one.

I was going to type, “stop being so knit-picky”, but since we’re talking about the king’s nose, I’m not sure why anyone would want to pick it anyway.
