Everybody already knows Pearl is a nosy busybody.

Blackmail time, I won’t say nothing unless you tell people some of the stupid stuff I do to make me look stupid…then I’ll spill it all.

He didn’t remember it until you reminded him. Now he heard everything except “I wouldn’t want you to repeat that”.

Sometimes selective hearing has its advantages !

Don’t start listening now Earl, she has nothing ever important to say.

It’s a scientific fact that men cannot hear anything said while they are reading. She’s safe.

Sounds kinda nice. Like having a pet. You can tell them anything you want, and you know your secrets are safe. Of course, Opal already has Muffin, who’s much cuddlier …

If more than one person knows it, it ain’t a secret, but then there’s no Fun in that.
