Sigh….I think ALL of us have had quite enough with the Habners, too.
But that doesn’t mean I want the Stanley/Habner feud starting up all over again.
The families being friends keeps ‘em all out of the Sheriff’s hair…and I had a hard enough time convincing him they didn’t need a permit to built their “chairway.”
Didn’t want him finding out the hard way that one thing ol’ Heeber Habner and “Big Stan” Stanley Stanley IV agree on is what applying for a permit looks like:
Judging by comment no. 1, it looks to me as if ol’ Heeber Habner has spent so much time in the zip chairs that he has entered the realm of time travel. Time’s up, Heeber!
Because he has a touch of vertigo, Heeber Habner decided that rather than zip line to the Stanley’s, he’d surprise them with a tunnel between the two houses. Here his son, Hubert Habner can be seen beginning construction:
The Stanleys prefer water courses and have decided to build a canal between the two properties. Here’s a summer shot of Selwyn Stanley & sons, sailing their sloop, Selina Sue, south from Sutter’s Slough to Ballard Bay.
Actually its the squirrels that use it the most. Here is a thought. You can pick a basket up.If you sit in it can you still pick it up??My thoughts as a young child about SCIENCE!!!

And the Stanley’s aren’t so “perfect” either, The way Marybelle goes around dressed in those teeny shorts, I’m shocked.

I wonder if either the Habners or Stanleys get “Seating Illustrated”? Or perhaps Neal is a Habner or Stanley:
