I read a biography of Elizabeth Montgomery a few weeks back. Unfortunately it was written in kind of a breathless fanboy style at times, but it was a good read. I read a bio of Paul Lynde before that which was even better. You just can’t beat Uncle Arthur……..
There are plenty of Muppets and Creatures that are people in suits – Big Bird, Sweetums, the Gorgs…I actually can’t think of any Creatures that were, but I know there were some.
But Ewoks are neither. (Aside from the aforementioned complete lack of facial articulation, they weren’t made by Henson. Yoda also wasn’t a Muppet, although he was built and performed Muppet-style – and Frank Oz was his puppeteer.)

Nice caricatures.

Dangit. Ewoks weren’t Muppets. Even if they’d had moving masks in RotJ, they’d have been Creatures, not Muppets.
