My question is why are Andy and Eric sitting in the snug and Chalkie’s at the bar ? I’ve never known Andy to sit in a bar, unless he’s with the missus.

Yeah, next Friday is Good Friday, isn’t it ? There are several customs and traditions here in Ecuador associated with Easter week and I will probably detail some, next week.
As to my First Maite observing religious restrictions, no she does not. She is an evangelical Christian, as a growing percentage of Latin and South Americans are, and doesn’t follow the traditional Roman Catholic Lenten practices.
So, since Holy Week is next week, tell your wife you want a big juicy hamburger ( I know you can’t eat steak with your tooth problems ) and a big slice of chocolate cake for dessert, today !>Have a great weekend !

I remember you posting the Christian/Atheist words on Pickles a while back. I’m not an atheist but I’m not a Christian either. I don’t really know what I’m supposed to be.
Before anyone starts buying rounds for the group, they should require Andy to prove he has cash to buy when it’s his turn. Otherwise, no one buys him beer. And let someone who is honest, i.e. not Andy, keep a written log of whose turn it is to buy.
