HappyI had the very same thing happen to me, bent over to pick up the comforter and next thing I know i’m flat.Literally couldn’t move, had quite a time getting off the bed in the middle of the night! LOL LOL

I meant to add, the Chiropractor said the best thing is to MOVE, walk, walk, walk.I hope your back gets better soon!

Love the pictures today and everyday, especially the kitten in the cup and Grumpy Cat. Can I borrow Chesney to talk to some of the drivers around here?

Boss is making me take at least one more day off.Im going to see a workman’s comp Dr. tomorrow.

Looks as if Annie and Ten Cats have lovely weather where they live too. I expect to see our magnolias in full bloom tomorrow…will have camera ready.

Im fairly certain thats muscular in nature.

@Happy, for me the numbness didn’t set in right away. it was the pain made my muscles spasm, incapacitating me. those balls are good to sit on. it aligns the hips, spine and neck because you gotta balance on it. it’s a workout to sit on one of those.outside of swimming in a warm pool I never found a better fix than hanging upside down in a back swing.
