That’s exactly what I was going to say axe. Great artwork….and the scenery is FANTASTIC!!

Remember, parents! You can be given a ticket, and possibly even brought up on endangerment charges, if you don’t have and use proper seat restraints for your children in your car, but put dozens of kids in a vehicle operated by the government, and they don’t even need to HAVE seat belts, let alone use them!

Maybe Boog used up the charge in his cellphone answering Rover’s repeated phone calls.

Recently I saw an article saying school buses don’t have seat belts because the young kids may not know how to un-fasten them if they needed to in an emergency. Wonder how they would get off the bus otherwise if they were fastened.?

Guess I picked the wrong week to quit sniffing glue…

reminds me of my old school bus driver she was about 80 and she drove about that fast too as long as there weren’t any police nearby.
