But, but, but…. THAT’S just being a politician!

If you truly believe what you are saying is true, are you still lying?

And the GOP front runners Cruz & Trump never utter falsehoods & outright lies ?

When national figures actually tell the truth, FOX and followers climb all over them for lying, as if they have been bastions of accuracy and honesty.

I can’t wait for tomorrow’s strip; surely , we’ll get a comprehensive list of those lies. Then maybe, just maybe, a list of trump’s and cruz’s…. Naaah.

All the Shrillary apologist arguments above boil down to “but… but… but RePUBlicans do it TOOOOOOO!”1. You can’t excuse bad behavior by pointing to other bad behavior.2. All the Republican lying/errors isn’t even in the same league as the serial liar Hillary, who lies virtually every time her mouth opens. And don’t bring up Donald Trump, who isn’t a Republican; he’s a closet Democrat in a bad wig.

The case for Clinton being some kind of liar on a level above normal politician behavior is less than paper-thin. And I say this as someone who isn’t a particular fan.

Hillary doesn’t lie all the time. Sometimes she refuses to release the transcript.

What do I want to hear? “GUILTY!! 30 years to life!!!”
