Roger, or “His Nibs” as we like to call him, likes to get straight to the point. He draws a fine line when it comes to being inkclusive. When he’s write, he’s write and his slant on things is perfect.

Wow. Some beautiful art uncovered by Dennis and Happy(3). Much Arabic art is gorgeous, with elaborate patterns, intricate designs, and vivid colors. They invented algebra and a lot of higher mathematics, our base 10 numbering system, and poetry is a revered traditional art form. Even the muezzins call to prayer can be hauntingly beautiful.

Being an old boy scout, Roger believes in being prepared. You never know when a calligraphic challenge will pop up.

So. Another update on a couple of things.The Booth at the antique mall is going to stay open for another couple of months. I have removed all of my bosses nice expensive stuff, and soon I’m going to do the same with MY expensive stuff. I have looked at the invoices and discovered that the vast majority of things that i have sold have been $10 or less. Im going to change my direction entirely. Nice “smalls”, as the guys on “Pickers” would say.Im going to need to add another sign. The proprietress have told me that they have received indignant complaints about me. Seem that some have decided that i am trying to acquire a van so that i can use it to start a business.…what? Yes, people have decided that the whole campaign is predatory, on my part.Im going to have to put up a new sign saying that i am not starting a business, that i am already happily employed and that i am just trying to acquire a tool. The second thing that i have to report is an incident that is now occurring with the wife of one of my clients.A couple of months ago she acquired tickets to the Charlie Pride concert at the casino in Lincoln City.She contacted the only private Wheelchair Transit person available in the area and made reservations for a pickup and return tomorrow for her, her husband (my client) and one of us caregivers for a 5:30 pickup.Dinner and the show.I took her over to the valley today for a Dr. appointment and when we returned one of his business cards was on her front door. He took another reservation and “may” bump he back to a 7:30 pickup. Or he might still pick her up at 5:30.He will get back to her and let her know which one it is.…what?THIS is why i want a van
