It’s more difficult to go back to an ‘hourglass’ figure when your own figure looks like Big Ben.

We are a bit like horses. Some of us are Thoroughbred slim. Others, like me, are Shetland ponies.

This is definitely the one that goes on my refrigerator !!!!!

I have an hourglass figure, but all the sand has gone to the bottom.

This too, shall pass…

Many years and three babies….I defy any one to look like they are 25.
