Actually, it’s important to point out that cholesterol is not actually bad for you! This was a mistaken idea based on badly planned and misinterpreted studies done 50 years ago. The USDA has finally removed their maximum recommended daily intake for cholesterol. Stephen Bentley, please take note!
Michael McClennen I spotted that one a half century ago. Inuit under the original diet (high in cholesterol) did not have significant heart problems until European stress was introduced into their lives. Apparently survival under Arctic conditions wasn’t stress enough to matter).
