This is the middle section of William Butler Yeats’ poem “Long Legged Fly.” Like Snoopy, Helen of Troy does a little dance when she thinks no one is watching.……………………………….That the topless towers be burntAnd men recall that face,Move most gently if move you mustIn this lonely place. She thinks, part woman, three parts a child,That nobody looks; her feetPractise a tinker shufflePicked up on a street.Like a long-legged fly upon the streamHer mind moves upon silence.
“Alright! Stop that! It’s gotten much too silly!”– Graham Chapman (as the Colonel)http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Yw6bz1YMdV8/VH8UTXIGcjI/AAAAAAAADBk/FXdkiyPq_kU/s1600/monty%2Bpython%2Bgeneral%2Btoo%2Bsilly.jpg
And so Snoopy, embarrassed, dropped to the ground and scuttled away, and the world would have to wait many long years before the secret of anti-gravity could eventually be found, if ever.

Interesting. I didn’t think he danced before he started walking upright.

Like the time I went chasing fireflies in my backyard and turned on all the neighbours’ motion lights. That ended it real quick.
