As a small child I was given a Snoopy jack-in-the-box for Christmas. It played “Doggy in the Window.” Now I know why.I quickly learned that if you turned the crank backwards, it played the tune backwards.

Ah, I was wondering how much.

We had a dog called Sam years ago. When my dad sang this song he would bark “Woof Woof” at the end of each line my dad sang. He was perfect every time.

300 times should be enough to wear out the grooves in that record!
