Many years ago, there was a best selling book called “The Book of Lists”. On the last page was a picture of Franz Liszt.

I have a memo pad that has a drawing of the two composers and at the top it says “Chopin Liszt”.
Actually, his name was Liszt Ferenc, because (A) Hungarian names go the other way around (like Chinese) and (B) it used to be common to translate Hungarian Christian names into German and then import that into English.
