The artistry that Georgia puts in each panel is amazing!! ekw mentioned Elvis’ claws are out….who thinks about doing that? Georgia does! Each panel, each day, each storyline….so wonderful!! Georgia, thank you for sharing this with all of us. I recently signed up for her emails and now I have two storylines going on….this one here and her current one in “real time”, so I’m enjoying myself just as much as a cat in the sun while laying on the carpet inside!

This just in: Elvis’ There’s-A-Cat-Outside-O—Meter is OFF the scale. There is DEFINITELY a cat outside. Somewhere.

Re: wonderful details — I love the Woman’s expression in panel three; it’s one you very seldom see. And the outdoor gear chart. Priceless! Loving this story line.

With Elvis going bonkers and it being a SURE THING that there was a cat out there in the Void. And so little polydactyl kitten is rescued! Also @Richard Russell when this comic originally came out it was late January in New England.

Richard, remember that the whole reason we are getting the treat of daily comics is so this site can catch up with the website which is only twice a week. As soon as it’s in sync, we’ll be back to twice a week also, alas. And this serial is the final one that will catch up, alas. At least, it’s fairly lengthy.

This actually first came out right around January. Breaking Cat News started on www.breakingcatnews.com and eventually moved to gocomics.com, starting from the very beginning. To catch GoComics to the present, Ms. Dunn is having these past strips run every day while she continues to only release new strips twice a week until they catch up to where she currently is in the strip. (long answer to your question… short answer is, this was published when it still was winter.)

I just today noticed that the boys are wearing sweaters! I come back and read this strip often; the artwork, the story lines, the characterizations all make re-reading a genuine pleasure!
