Elvis can’t do the massage thing but Puck and Lupin are real fans! Are they really this mellow in real life, Georgia?

Pure bliss faces are a far cry from yesterday’s fury of no food or litter.

Well, this is cute, but not all cats appreciate this kind of attention. Speaking from experience of having many cats & dogs, cats are fragile sensitive creatures. In fact one isadvised to not pet a cat like a dog.

(The last panel): Oh, Georgia! Everybody says it, and it’s true: These ARE the days…!
“Those were the days, my friend; We thought they’d never end. We’d sing and dance forever and a day. We’d live the live we choose, We’d fight and never lose! Those were the days,Oh yes! Those were the days!”

I have a very weird cat, he actually ENJOYS being petted roughly, I can move my hand up and down his back in all directions, and he just goes nuts rolling around and begging for more. Basically just think how you’d be petting a dog, and this is how my cat likes it. :D

I once had a cat that didn’t mind “roughhousing”, but now I have one that will bite and scratch if she didn’t approach you first. She has to be “in the mood”—-or else!
