@sandfan - now that was funny. I wish I’d said it. In fact, as I think of it, I may claim I did say it…

I never wore my Oaks in the sandtrap, I opted for my traditional Randolph Aviator frames from the PX. they make the ones with square lenses. I didn’t get to keep my oaks upon remob. Brand new in the box. They fetch over $100 on e-bay.

So Redfern is going to be an incompetent merc next? this is going to do wonders for the war profiteer’s reputations.

I didn’t wear Oakleys in the sandbox either. I wore and still wear my Wileys. Removable/replaceable lenses. Tight fitting enough to hold out most sand, and no one wants to steal them.

Well… Jeff has been fired by the CIA, so right away he probably does meets the standards of the current-day Blackwater knock-offs….
