If I recall, at the desk Opus one time angered a gentleman by letting a typo get through that probably caused him to get a lot of feedback but from a crowd he did not expect: The man was 57 and interested in tennis and banking. Opus put the ad in as: “57, interests include tennis and spanking”…… Freudian slip by our penguin friend?

I thought ‘madam’ was used either for married ladies, or the proprietor(s) of ‘Chicken Ranch’ types of establishments.
