Fred, knowing how intelligent and good-natured you normally are, I have to assume that you were just in a mood and had something you had to get off your chest. That was my second thought. My first thought on reading this strip is that it’s a perfect take on Donald Trump.

Barking or not, anytime of the day or night, I still love Fred, as much as I love cats and dogs! :)
