I can’t help but to wonder who the low-end stores are.

High-end stores are those that don’t have to share a dumpster. Remember Bill’s? That’s where the can of “rotten carrot” orange spray paint came from.

The dumpster where Agnes found the can of spray paint on 4/26 was behind Ted’s Used Karpet. I suppose Ted is the low-end competitor in the used carpet business.

And even if Bill and Ted are competitors, that doesn’t stop them from having Excellent Adventures together.

    Sorry.

We moved into a one-owner, thirty-year-old house about 20 years ago. The shag carpet in the living room was new when the house was. One of my son’s friends was helping us move in. He took one look at that carpet and ripped out the whole room without even asking. I bless that kid to this day.

“The almost two-bucks store” . Banff is a little pocket of a town crowded into a small valley. One may walk all around it easily, past many stores and restaurants that serve big spenders from the East. There is also a little independent dollar store, called “The Dollar Store”. Nothing in it is under two dollars.
