That’s all OK -if you’re not using tax money and government personnel.(The Utah proposal was a scheme to sell babies, with the government as intermediary. No assistance otherwise. Offer only available to single women age 18 to 25.)

I’m sure President Trump will be able to get China to accept a reduced rate of return on our T-bills. He could threaten to call them a bad name if they don’t capitulate. Or threaten to bomb then into the stone age! Given the balance of trade, maybe the Donald could get them to send us money!
