Still wondering what the percentages come out to in absolute amounts. If Ed was originally making much less than CJ, then she might still have gotten a bigger raise in cash terms.
Sure this isn’t a government operation? This logic is a direct comparison to how things work at my job. Maybe they should get into government contracts. :)
