Untangling cables is a waste of time. Some unknown power always tangles them up again.

I have tried SOOOO many tricks and nothing disentangles the Bermuda Cable Wad. Stupid me for buying a glass-topped office desk set, to boot.

They used to do telephone cords but they branched out when people started going cordless!

Who knows?

That’s why I prefer a laptop. My only cord is the AC adapter/charger.

My husband’s grandfather was the oldest living gadget geek. He was good at it, but back when we still had multiple recorders, sound systems, etc., etc., he got himself into such a tangle it took three strong men several hours to disengage and move his entertainment center (remember those?)

I have more outlets under my computer desk than in the rest of the house. yay for 11 outlet surge supressors

Old-time mainframe cables never tangled, probably because they were an inch and a half thick and weighed about a pound a foot, and, anyway, they were under a false floor.
