Finally, the good old Garfield is back, at least for now.

@ pcolli. Looks more like Jethrine,T.V.‘s first transvestite from the 60’s. I still find that funny to watch. I’m talking About the Beverly Hillbillys of course,with Max Baer jr. playing the parts of both Jethro and Jethrine,his sister.

Here’s one for trivia buffs.The beautiful Donna Douglas,who played Ellie May Clampett in the BHB show was already 29,and divorced when the show first aired in 1961,despite the fact she looked to be about 18.Sadly she passed away last year leaving Max Baer Jr. As the only surviving hillbilly.

I probably should clarify that Jethrine wasn’t a transvestite,just a male actor playing the part of a female to save the studio money.

A Transvestite enjoys looking like a member of the opposite sex, I doubt if Max Baer Jr. Enjoyed it a whole lot, although I could be wrong.

Not that there’s anything wrong with being a transvestite!
