Dr. Paul Ryan: I told you I'd have my plan before the election! Step one is to remove all your organs and put them over here and sort through and throw away the bad ones. U. S. Health Care: And then? Dr. Paul Ryan: That gets us through the election.

For Republicans/Fox “news” viewers, there is NO problem that cannot be fixed by enough Hatred Of Obama.
It works for health care, mass shootings, the invasion of Iraq, wealth inequality, et al.

As long as it gets us through the elections, that’s all that matters. When your highest priority is gaining/retaining power through your own election to office, such mundane concerns as the public welfare simply are not part of the equation.

What I find interesting is that conservatives believe they will NEVER GET SICK! Number one reason for bankruptcy is medical bills. People complain about the 6K deductible but I think that is preferable to the $250K bill that can accrue.

Health insurance is for losers. Real Americans have their own private physicians.

Hopefully the pharmaceutical and insurance companies will make even more profit. When the Republicans do to health care what they have done for everything else, we will all end up with our guts on the table.

The whole purpose of insurance is “pay a little now so you don’t get screwed later”. It depends on actuarial tables where when you’re earning, you pay in a little at a time, so that when YOU become one of those needing help, whether because of age or accident, you’ve pre-paid for an investment. While the odds of your house burning down and needing fire insurance is FAR LESS than the need for health insurance, “conservative policy” does say buy the fire insurance (highly profitable for insurance companies), but health insurance isn’t worth supporting. Idiotic

I wonder if the original trickle-down con artist (Arthur Laffer) will share the same circle of Dante’s Inferno as the current trickle-down con artist (Paul Ryan)…….

Thank you, Republicans, for making US healthcare so cumbersome and costly. If Republicans hadn’t insisted on making sure private insurance companies were kept right in the middle between we citizens and our doctors, healthcare costs would be much lower and accessing care less difficult.

Wichita can’t prevent the Koch bros. from making it the crappy little embarrassment that it is.
