While you’re at it, “Betty”, change his name to something like “Dipwad.”

Oh I get it, cuz of that show “Ugly Betty”. Good call, Liz.

At least she’s smart enough not to change it to Judy (Judy, Judy).

You should record him and play it to him so that he could see how annoying that is.

I’d rather see Nermal than Jon for the next couple of weeks as dumb as Jon’s been acting lately. I hope this isn’t a lead up to a proposal.

I really wish he’d go with Echo.

That’s the thing about the name Elizabeth…there are about a bazillion different nicknames to choose from. We started calling our daughter Elizabeth “Beth” for short, until her older sister started calling her “Buffy”…and that’s what stuck! (Just DON’T call her Lizzie…or ask her to look at the flowers…)

It wouldn’t work. Betty is a nickname for ‘Elizabeth.’ Liz stated in one strip that Liz is actually short for ‘Lizard.’ Lol.
