Hope for her sake she isn’t billed the cost of false reports or people are out of place to respond properly to a real emergency..A neighbor of mine decided to rob the bank.He called in a bomb threat at the high school nine miles away, knowing all law enforcement would head off that way..Then he robbed the bank and lived the rest of his short life on the run from the law.
