Is Marigold walking on water without getting trapped by her reflection?

Of course Averagemoe. If you didn’t notice, Marigold is dozing off from a hard day. No matter how narcissistic you are, you can’t ignore the body’s limit.

This is the sweetest comic strip to date.

A real tribute to Calvin and Hobbes if ever I saw one!

This one, while it’s a repeat, never “wears out” for me (ditto for the “Phoebe as a princess of suburbia” [in Marigold’s words] and “Monday’s mare through Saturday’s unicorn” ones). All of these “poetry with pictures” installments would make great greeting cards—and the one whose theme is fall would also make a wonderful greeting card, appropriate for that upcoming season (which is a rather “thin” season, ‘greeting card-wise’)!

So cute! I vote it 2016 summer comic!

I’ve always loved Dana’s poetry because she makes sure to get the meter right, while still including her trademark whimsy and emotion. (Just like Bill Watterson always did.)
