Cookie sandwiches were a (very occasional) treat 65 years ago. Made some for my grandsons a while ago.. and blah..Kids now have so much there is nothing special anymore.

Would waffles made from Krispy Kreme donuts qualify?

What’s that garnish doing there? Get rid of it!

Replace the two slices of bread with either cookies or brownies (or both) and that would be a good sandwich.

This is an idea that I could really sink my teeth into!

Brownie Burger:2 sugar cookies for the “bun” (bonus sprinkles on top one for the sesame seeds)1 brownie for the “burger”vanilla icing for the “mayo”chocolate sauce for the “ketchup”caramel sauce for the “mustard”Strawberry slices for “tomato”Kiwi slices for the “pickles”conconut flakes for the “onion”and freeze drid mango wedges for the “fries” on the side..This is how we did ours, feel free to add, take away, or otherwise modify as your tastes lead you.
