Mr. Pursell,,, I thought that was an English phrase. I met lots of great people in the U.K., but I met an equal number of a$$ holes. most of whom were those dealing with the public. It is a good thing the people don’t count on gratuities for a living. I don’t know your nationality, but thanks for contributing.
Men of Harlech stop your dreaming
Can’t you see their spear points gleaming
See their warrior pennants streaming
To this battlefield
Men of Harlech stand ye steady
It cannot be ever said ye
For the battle were not ready
Welshmen never yield
From the hills rebounding
Let this song be sounding
Summon all at Cambria’s call
The mighty force surrounding
Men of Harlech on to glory
This will ever be your story
Keep these burning words before ye
Welshmen will not yield
Men of Harlech stop your dreaming
Can’t you see their spear points gleaming
See their warrior pennants streaming
To this battlefield
Men of Harlech stand ye steady
It cannot be ever said ye
For the battle were not ready
Welshmen never yield
From the hills rebounding
Let this song be sounding
Summon all at Cambria’s call
The mighty force surrounding
Men of Harlech on to glory
This will ever be your story
Keep these burning words before ye
Welshmen will not yield
William: When I was in California in the 60’s, An often used phrase by those that didn’t want to be so crude, was “Up your nose with a rubber hose.” I seem to remember it came from a TV show. This cartoon reminded me of that, and you did as well. I still think it’s a funny phrase.
PS: I see it’s from “Welcome Back Kotter”, a 70’s TV show. You’ve probably seen it.

It is cute. Maybe Odie would wear it.

Garfield would never get his feet through those trouser legs anyway… but Odie might.

William: If it helps, an exact translation for ‘up yours,’ would be ‘sod off,’ and I do mean exact. From one Irishman to another.
