Judging by his choice in type of lighting, I’m not so sure that Dr. Lytton is 100% aware that it is 2016.

Tracy will have to say he takes a longevity formula, got it from Lord Greystoke so that he can fight crime for eternity. But under other names and would ask Dr. Lytton to keep that secret.

It shouldn’t be. We have a Lawful Chaotic in this doctor. I await a dramatic reappearance of Abner.

Why do I get a Kathy Bates vibe? Will he break his ankles if he keeps trying to pop his delusion?

btw, tess should hand in her private eye card… youd think that after being married to tracy for so many years, she would know better than to just sit back and simply accept that he fell over the falls and died… knowing his penchant for surviving deathtraps. besides, if I were her the first thing I would have done is go back up to the catwalk and begin searching for clues.

sorry, TOTALLY unrealistic in my book, heck she’d be the FIRST one up there looking

So, just curious, anyone know of any significance to Lytton’s wolf’s head cane last week? It was clearly there to draw attention to him. Is there any significance beyond that?

Maybe – like Doyle himself – our rescuer is all hopped up on spiritism, possibly with a reincarnation twist.

The Secret to Dick’s youth is that he only lives in a split second every 24 hours in 2 dimensional comic frames. he has hardly aged at all since 1931…2031 should be a monumental centenary !!!

As i said two days ago, there is definitely something off about this Dr. Lytton and his clinical obsession with Sherlock Holmes. I mistrust his intentions towards Tracy if Tracy insists on his own identity and doesn’t go along with the Grand Dellusion of the curious doctor. Maybe Tess can do what the local constabulary failed to do and get into the doctor’s clinic to rescue her husband before Lytton fills him with the seven per cent solution….

Haven’t any of you guys read William S. Baring-Gould? Holmes’s secret of longevity is Royal Jelly. That’s why he quit being a detective to raise bees.

He says, “Don’t worry Mr. Holmes. You can trust me.” Hopefully, that’s the honest truth. It doesn’t seem like he means any harm.

There was a wolf’s head cane in STORM OF THE CENTURY and evidently they are popular as sword canes.

Yes, Tess being kidnapped and standing by tearfully while things progress is not the 21st Century version of Tess. We still haven’t seen any plan of Tracy’s in place – I still think that Tess knows that Dick had a plan set up before climbing up to the top of the Falls.

So, Dick “Sherlock” Tracy appears “much younger” to Dr. Lytton, eh? If that isn’t a cue to play this song on BMBG:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PZovyUeg1ho
