If you see 3 or more signs, there’s something wrong with the neighborhood. Realtors are not allowed to say what’s wrong with the area. There could be a zoning restructuring, extensive roadwork (taking away property), or an incorrigible old codger that disturbs the neighborhood.

So nice to live on 10 acres of forest. No neighbors!!!
