I really liked the surveys we had to fill out after a ticket (incident report) had been closed. " How could your experience been better? " Try fixing the %#@^*&$ problem!(Like they ever read those darn things)
During my 11 years working on a Unix support hotline nobody ever said it to me . . . but I’m sure they thought it.
My I.T. guy gets real mad if you interrupt his magazine reading.
