Behold! The elephant cat!

Happens every time, especially in the winter, but oh, it feels so good to be brushed.

Run, Elvis. Run far, run fast, and don’t look back.

Such a clever kitty, brushing himself!!!

I’ve never seen this one before. I thought I was all caught up before the new ones started.

My Angel loves to be brushed, especially after I take a shower (TMI?). She will jump on the bathroom sink area and just wait. She doesn’t have to wait long. On occasion, one of my other cats will want to be brushed too, so I have two cats being brushed. A few times, a third one shows up, so that one is “stuck” on the floor, but I accommodate them as well.

Oh my Cat! I love poufy Puck! And I love his analogy for the hairbrush—like a hug on a stick from an outgoing porcupine. Aww!

Hug on a stick from an outgoing porcupine ! Every Sunday at our house used to be BTK day Brush The Kitties. One in particular would come running from wherever she was in the house when I snapped the official BTK day towel. The other side would later come, but she would refuse to get down. We finally established a protocol in which she was allowed to remain, and get the sporadic stroke as I groomed them, but no swatting was allowed. This went on for years, but she is now so arthritic she rarely keeps her appointment.
