Ugh. I know there’s only been maybe two political commentary strips for AJ & Magnus but it doesn’t stop them from being a big turn off. I’ll miss this strip if these continue…
The greatest predator of us are ourselves. That is a fact. There is no predator evolved to hunt us. We really need one. Why you see them in fictions and stories about vampires, werewolves etc.
Not to say that if you leave the safety of the pack, some other top-of-the-food-chain type (Lions, tigers, bears, oh my! Well you get the drift.) won’t take a crack at you. For that matter, bottom of the chain feeders (amoebas, bacteria, viruses) can take you out too. Circle of life and all that.
As a substitute, even I have a problem with teachers who indoctrinate their personal political beliefs into the curriculum. I took the meaning of The Children’s Hour to heart.
