Don’t forget the $35 overdraft fee. As Tim Wilson the comedian said after being charged $30 for a $3 dollar overdraft, “If I ain’t got 3, I damn sure don’t have 33.”
If you think this is bad a bank I was once with went one worse. I had just joined the bank and I was given a new card and PIN number. one day I went to get money out but couldn’t remember my PIN number. So I went into the bank to get my money out and I requested a new PIN number. But the teller said "Oh I’ll just look up your number ah here it is it’s 5629. " My jaw just dropped. She announced my PIN number with a voice all behind me could hear. I went back to the car and told my dad. He was livid. He asked was she right and I said “yes”. Right he said go back to the bank and take out ALL your money and get another bank account with another bank. I did this. At my new bank I asked the new accounts agent would they end up knowing my PIN number and she said no definitely not. When I told her what happened the other bank she couldn’t believe it. She said it was illegal for them gain that information about any customer. That was 20 years ago and I have been with that 2nd bank ever since and NEVER had that happen to me since.

They can get your pin number, but they have to jump through some hoops to do so.
