Penguins. The silent killer.
Hear that? That’s a penguin coming up behind you.
T-Rex is a people?
I was out in the mountains this weekend and heard something behind me. I looked, thinking I’d see a mountain lion stalking me, but it was only a penguin… ONLY A PENGUIN. WHAT WAS I THINKING?
Yup: the only reason penguins haven’t overrun the world is because the Antarctic cold keeps their metabolisms in low gear.
High metabolism, actually, combined with a high fat diet, it’s the heat that limits their expansion into warmer waters.
Some penguins live in the tropics. Not where there are tigers, though.
