@Ji2m the definition of “broadband” is ever evolving. Remember when DSL was hot, hot, hot? I predict the spinning icon will not disappear from our media for decades to come.

I have also observed that when I yell at the TV, the spinning thing disappears.

up here it’s called having metrocast….

Just upgraded to an AC router. Big difference.

I have the same buffering situation with netflix but I realize that the problem is my DSL provider. Gotta find another way.

Another provider? Clean out useless files? Back up files and clean them out of your computer?

Read a book. Even on an e-reader you can check out the ending if you don’t like the plot or characters thereby saving yourself from wasting time. Use your imagination instead of someone elses.

And there is a much better selection on DVD!!

I prefer DVDs to streaming.
