This is what big business does if left to their own devices. Companies are amoral. Their only goals are to grow, increase revenue and profit, and to drive out competitors. That is why regulation is needed. This is a perfect example of how millions of unsuspecting customers got taken and probably did not even know it was happening. Clearly the scam was so large upper management had to know about it and looked the other way.

We allow a defacto caste system to exist by choosing the representatives that we have been choosing. Maybe it’s time to stop the blaming and name calling and do some serious thinking about what we want our country to really be?
