Hillary really didn’t totally stop politicking. So she has been at it for nearly 8 years. Many of their speaking engagements were paid for and the extra money in them were put into their political coffers.
I wonder what fun Wednesday will bring. If it’s really close, we can look forward to the December electoral college vote and the issue of ‘faithless electors’. One of them was in the news today saying he’ll refuse to vote for Clinton. I’m sure many feel that way about Trump. Though some states require electors to vote as pledged, many do not, and no “faithless elector” has ever been prosecuted (the penalty is only something like $1000 anyway). I really wonder what prevents someone like Trump – who is running on bucking the system – from buying / influencing electoral college voters directly.
I KNOW, I KNOW (hand up, frantically waving.) I know what’s happened: this has all been Stephen King’s scariest story ever and we’re all caught in it. The only thing scarier? He’s scripting the next eight years, too. Got a contract with whoever wins. (well then YOU explain it.)
Ha. This doesn’t end with the election. If Trump wins its four more years of his misogynistic, racist huuuuuge fear fueled screw-ups.. If Clinton wins its four years of congress lowering themselves to new levels of worthlessness as they flush millions of dollars down the drain on Benghazi, emails, Clinton foundation, and anything else they think they can exploit to attack Clinton. If you really want this to end then vote 3rd party.
I enjoyed someone’s comment on TV (sorry I don’t remember who so I can give credit) that Trump isn’t presidential material but he is president-for-life material. As for the other side, vote for her and make history! . . . as the first husband and wife team to be impeached.

Totally agree with these sentiments. About a year and half of small hands quips (read-dick jokes) is enough, even for 12yr olds.

sorry, but there’s still gonna be a month of appeals, trials, and other issues as Drumpf tries to keep himself convinced that he should have won.

And the republicans persuade themselves that he really did win and they don’t have to deal with the real President.

I wish Carmen was a candidate.

They’ll impeach her on Day One. Then the media will all complain, “She refused to work with the republicans.”
