I don’t need snow, I have a sulky for my dog, he loves pulling me down the street and people always are intrigued and want to me to stop and talk.

You might get farther if Snoopy were a St Bernard or a Siberian, CB. Asking a beagle to pull a sled holding a kid who probably weighs at least twice what he does is asking a lot.
