Years ago they had a “secret” ingredient call Hexachlorophene in gas. For some reason it wound up in EVERYTHING even furnace air filters! The funniest now is GLUTEN FREE! I see that label on everything including WATER! LOL!
As a driver of a vehicle which needs premium, I’d LOVE to find a station which only has 10 cents between the grades. Lately, it’s grown to c. 30 cents, or even higher…
Diesel is commonly a green nozzle in the US, but it’s not a hard rule. At some chains, all the standard nozzles are green (usually a store with a predominately green color scheme) and diesel is some other color. Smaller independent stores often just buy whatever is cheapest when they need a new one and can end up with a whole rainbow.
I think the green coloring is part of the Sinclair trademark. They’re the station with the cute dinosaur logo, even though gas companies really hate it when you refer to their product as “fossil fuels.”
Ey roll Why does everyone have to make such a federal case out of pumpkin spice? Don’t get me wrong, I love it. I’ll go for a pumpkin spice latte, a pumpkin muffin, or pumpkin pie (better yet, my warm pumpkin dessert which is a lot like pumpkin pie but better) any day. But they’re really starting to flavor and scent too many things with it that should be left alone. Yes, I know they’re not doing that with gasoline. Just don’t see why people are complaining or joking about it so much.
.
The Christmas flavors are already being sold now, too. And I’ll admit that I got a couple of K-Cup Christmas coffees already because they might run out.
ChirpCut the lies. The number is barely in double digits, while tall buildings kill tens of thousands. The Danish offshore turbines are popular nesting sites for gulls and cormorants, while other species consider the whole site as a unit and go around.
Roger! What are you thinking??!! You won’t have to buy it in the stores! Wow, I can’t believe I’m saying this but, LISTEN TO PAIGE FOX!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The flavor may come out in the exhaust. If you run a Diesel engine on used frying oil, the exhaust will smell like a fast food restaurant. Depending on the exact source, and if not blended, you could have a chicken, fish, or potato car.

I very much doubt that the Pumpkin Spice gas is a real thing either, so I’m with Roger on this one.

Gas stations around here, FL, have one nozzle on each pump. You push the button of the gas type you want, but they all use the same hose.

This has to be China, as all the factories in the USA have been abandoned long ago.

Anyone else notice the dinosaurs on the gas sign? Made me think of Toy Story (the Dinoco gas station)
Seed_drill about 8 years ago
The sign gag really has been done by some stations.

Buildings over ten stories tall kill more birds than anything else.
Fossil fuels are dirty and add CO2, we are already past the danger level of CO2, fossil fuels are killing livability on this planet.
