Agnes, you might want to leave out the crushed olives.

Instead of waiting around for the grains to get poofy,

why don’t you save time by starting with Puffed Wheat…. or maybe Rice Krispies?

This being Agnes I’m talking to….

    I guess I have to add….

    not marshmallows or balloons.

I love that the bread machine is a “hotrod” backwards.

Oh, X-tech, I make a wonderful Kalamata olive bread:1 cup water1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil1-1/2 teaspoons oregano1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic3/4 teaspoon salt1/2 cup whole wheat flour2-1/2 cups bread flour (plain flour and 1 teaspoon gluten)1 package dry yeastEither put in your bread machine or mix by hand. (I’m assuming folks know how to make bread, here) Just before the last rising, add 1/3 cup chopped, drained black olives. Bake at 375-F for 45 – 60 minutes, or until the bread reaches 190-F on a cooking thermometer.

Unfortunately, you now have to do some editing if you want line breaks.

Forcing a line break can be done by hitting Return twice or typing “

” (without the quotes), then hitting Return.

    Let me try it.

If you want an actual space between the paragraphs, hit “enter” twice, then type " " (without the quotes) then hit “enter” twice again.

That will make a paragraph break.
