It is amazing how many types of cheeses exist. And they haven’t listed any crackers yet.

Gigantic jar of animal crackers at Costco!

Recalls the great John Cleese bit — “No cheddar? It’s the most popular cheese in the world!” … “No round these parts.”

He forgot the 3 best cheeses: Gruyere, Emmenthaler and Raclette… Anything from Switzerland, really.

You could swap any two with peanut butter for more balance. Mice love peanut better more than cheese.

No Wensleydale? Wensleydale with cranberries. Mmmmmmm.

Just give me a good Vermont sharp cheddar or Canadian sharp cheddar and a good Cote du Rhone wine and I’m good.

Blueberry-covered feta rolls, sliced and served on TJ’s Triple Ginger Snaps. Divine.

I LOVE CHEESE! I will try any and usually like most!
