At least vote the rest of your ballot.

Oh, and Queen Elizabeth says it’s okay to write her in.

I guess it will all come down to which set of issues one can deal with.

I have to go to bed a couple of hours ago, but as you can see, it hasn’t happened yet…

I have to try to get some sleep, so I can get up 4 hours from now, and spend 16 hours supervising a polling place for one small precinct.

We have around 150 precincts just in this small city, and each has someone like me….

we’re called “Precinct Inspectors” here but in some places other tiles like “Election Judges”.

plus 3 to 6 clerks with each inspector..

I’ve already spent over 3 hours last week at a training class where they also loaded my car with supplies,

and 2 hours this evening setting up whatever isn’t sensitive material at the site.

So yeah… I know the process.

And I want you all to know:

NO, illegals, felons, and people using the names of dead people CAN NOT VOTE.

The reason you hear about it on the news is that THEY GET CAUGHT!

We have checks and counter-checks including signature verification of our whole roster and of every absentee ballot returned.

The precincts are small enough we’d notice someone returning….

It’s all too complicated for right now…..

But I have great faith that this election cannot be rigged.

Our system has worked for 250 years and still does.

I work hard to help keep it so.

    GO VOTE!!

    Scylla or Charybdis

    Plague or Cholera

…well, you’re not the only Nation with that problem when it comes to voting…

If you vote for the lesser of two evils, you are still voting for evil. I voted McMullin.

Man! I got a get photo cartoon this morning in my email that i would have loved to share here…. A picture of Negan and Lucielle with the caption

“Waiting for this election is like waiting for the Walking Dead season premiere.

You know something horrible is coming, you just don’t know the details.”

susan you brought back a memory of a news person commenting that she was from new orleans where they buried their dead above ground so that it was easier to get them out to vote.

As Susan said, it is easy to catch somebody who tries to vote twice. Ironically, the only person in Harford County, Maryland, who tried to vote twice – and was caught instantly – was a Republican.

Looks like nothing I can base a question on in today’s strip without sounding like I’m influencing the vote…

Just because Trump talks like we, the citizens do, does not mean he is insane. If so everyone, including you, would be classed as insane.

BUT…on my ballot there were 4 Presidential candidates. This is a year when voting for a “3rd Party” candidate could have more than the “Nader effect.” If they can block the 270 electors they can nullify BOTH Clinton and Trump.

The cartoon perfectly captures the election. Hillary has issues (what politician doesn’t?), but has already been acquitted (except among the accusations-prove-guilt crowd) of serious issues, like Benghazi and the FBI probe into her e-mails.

    .

On the other hand, Trump has two hearings coming up, one for rape, one for racketeering, and is a known racist, sexual predator, and crazy man who isn’t even fully committed to the core principles of American democracy.

    .

    The choice wasn’t even difficult.
