Seriously? If there is going to be a one-party rule it will be the Democrats. Shifting demographics means this may very well be the last national election Republicans will win. The deck has been stacked against the Rs for decades now in the Electoral College. It is kind of hard to compete when CA, NY and IL are automatically in the blue column. In four to eight years you may be able to add TX and FL to that list, there goes the ballgame.
