The Biblical story of Abel and Cain is a parable about the “manly” meat-eating hunters (who had to be nomadic to follow the game) and the “wussy” plant-eating gatherers (who had to stay in one place to raise crops). (It was the gatherers who eventually turned into farmers and caused the rise of civilization.)

The same saga played out in the range wars of the America West between the ranchers and the farmers over who was entitled to grazing and water rights.

I’m trying to figure out which is better: ’Whonk’s and Ogg’s’ or ’Ogg’s and Whonk’s’. Or maybe something like ’Whogg’s’.

I’m with you all the way. However we do live in a free country, where people are free to display their intelligence, or lack thereof.

And nit-picking about other comments.

Would the merger be “Ganting, Inc” or “Huthering, Inc”?
